Orders
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
You will receive an order confirmation email right after checkout. Once your order ships, you will get a second email with your tracking number.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it cannot be modified. If you no longer wish to keep it, you can always return it once it arrives.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email to follow your parcel in real time.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
Please first check the tracking link you received by email. If the issue persists, contact our support team at support@benjaminco.nl.
My parcel arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please contact our customer support immediately with pictures of the damaged parcel. We will arrange a replacement or refund as fast as possible.

The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
BÉNJAMIN&CO drops are limited and never restocked. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Why was my payment refused?

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide with trusted express carriers.
What are the delivery times?
Estimated delivery times:
• Netherlands: next-day
• Belgium & Germany: 1–2 days
• UK & France: 2–4 days
• Rest of Europe: 2–5 days
• US & Worldwide: 2–5 days
Do I need to pay customs or duties?
All EU orders include VAT. For orders outside the EU, customs or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Are shipping fees free?
Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return your order within 14–30 days after delivery, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How do I register a return?
You can start a return by registering via our customer portal or by contacting our support team. We’ll send you the instructions and return label.
Are returns free?
Yes, returns are free when using our prepaid shipping label.
Can I exchange a product?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting your return. It will be credited back to your original payment method.
I received a faulty item. What should I do?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@benjaminco.nl with photos. We’ll make it right immediately.
