At BÉNJAMIN&CO, we keep returns simple: clean, clear, and fair.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

• Item must be unworn, unused, with all tags.
• No perfume, sweat, deodorant, or make-up stains.
• Original packaging and proof of purchase required.

Items returned without first registering will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Register your return via our customer portal. Once accepted, you’ll receive a return label and instructions. Always send items back in the original packaging.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Return your item, and once accepted, place a new order.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item, or if it’s defective or damaged, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Refunds

You’ll be notified once your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks or card providers may take longer to post the refund.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order ships within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without reason. The product must meet the same conditions listed above.
